FAQs
Can I bring two pets?Yes! Please let me know in your booking that you will be bringing another pet with you.
How do I pay?Payments can be made via eTransfer to info@jamiepoh.com
What if my pet is very shy?We will do our best to get some photos of you and your pet. But we are limited in the 20 minute timeframe. It is best that your pet can either listen to commands or be treat motivated.
Can I bring my kids?Yes! While the session is pet focused, we can get 1 family portrait along with some candid interactions between you, your kids and pets.
When will photos and cards be ready by?As we are close to the holiday season, it is ideal that you make your selects fairly quickly. A proof gallery will be provided within 24-48 hours and you will have another 24-48 to make selections. After which, we go into editing mode and delivery deadlines are as follows:
Photo selections - Nov 15
Card design and print - Nov 25
Giving back
3% of all sessions will be donated to Barney’s Furry Friends, a local rescue based here in the Lower Mainland.
